1. What may be reported
You may report content on a KDFS-controlled website or service that you reasonably believe infringes copyright or privacy, is unlawful or defamatory, exposes confidential information, creates a safety risk, contains malicious material or breaches applicable terms.
2. Information to provide
- your name and contact details;
- the exact URL, service and location of the material;
- a clear description of the concern and the outcome requested;
- the basis of your rights or authority to make the request;
- supporting evidence, where available.
3. Review process
We will acknowledge and assess sufficiently detailed requests. Depending on the circumstances, we may preserve evidence, temporarily restrict material, consult the person or customer responsible, seek more information, remove or correct content, or decline a request that is unsupported or unlawful.
4. Customer-controlled content
Where content is controlled by a SiSat, OHSFMS or other customer, KDFS may refer the matter to that customer or coordinate a response with them. We may act directly where required by law, contract, safety or security considerations.
5. No automatic entitlement to removal
Submitting a request does not guarantee removal. We consider applicable law, competing rights, contractual responsibilities, public interest, safety and the information available.
